Cook Corporate acts for new tech start-up All About the Cooks
A client of Cook Corporate Solicitors has launched a new tech start up called All About The Cooks in Bristol.
The business founder Claire Ladkin is the chair of Bristol Food Connections CIC and at the heart of Bristol Food Culture. The launch of this new business will offer home cooks the exciting opportunity to sell their dishes to the local public.
As both businesses are based at the Origin Workspace office in Clifton it has enabled Cook Corporate Solicitors to work closely alongside Claire and to collaborate easily and effectively with the drafting of shareholders agreements, company secretarial work, separate terms and conditions for both cooks and consumers and general legal advice.
