Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for the selling shareholder in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Specific Heat (London) Limited.

The long established company provides a wide range of HVAC and industrial refrigeration energy management consultation, design, planning and support services throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland with the goal to better manage, control and measure energy consumption.
