Cook Corporate Act in the purchase of the oldest bakery in Scotland

Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for California-based entrepreneur Carlos Huerta in the purchase of Alexander Taylor Bakeries.

Alexander Taylor Bakeries, based in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire has been run by the same family for over 200 years.
