Cook Corporate Acts in Asset Sale of Pure Comms Bristol Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for Pure Comms Bristol Limited in the sale of its business and assets to OneCom Partners Limited.
PureComms is a Bristol-based provider of telecommunications services to corporate clients across the UK.
OneCom is the UK’s leading business telephony and cloud communications provider with more than 500,000 users across the UK including many blue-chip companies.
