Cook Corporate Acts in Share Sale of Sherwood Prime Care Ltd
Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for Joanne Lambert in her sale of the entire issued share capital of Sherwood Prime Care Ltd to Ashford Care Group Ltd.
Sherwood Prime Care is a Nottinghamshire-based home care service carrying an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission.
