Cook Corporate Acts in the Share Sale of Van Driel Engineering Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for the shareholders of Van Driel Engineering in the share sale of the company to Manchester Technical Innovations Ltd.
Van Driel Engineering is a Norfolk-based specialist in the design and fabrication of various engineering products for both the commercial and domestic markets.
