Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Gotim Flats and Buildings Ltd
Cook Corporate have acted for the vendors in the sale of Gotim Flats and Buildings Ltd to Brookfield and SHM.
Gotim Flats and Buildings Ltd, is an owner-operator specialising in student houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) across several university cities, including Exeter, Loughborough, Liverpool, Swansea, and Cardiff. The acquisition is the largest student HMO deal in recent history.
