Overview

Charlotte is a Paralegal at Cook Corporate Solicitors, working closely with Charles and the corporate team on a range of corporate and commercial matters. In particular due diligence, research, data room management and compliance.

Other

Charlotte is a Bristolian and graduated from the University of Birmingham with an Upper Second-Class LLB Law degree in 2026. She is beginning her legal career at Cook Corporate Solicitors. During her studies, Charlotte served as Chair and Treasurer of the University of Birmingham’s official law society, The Holdsworth Club, organising a range of careers, academic and social events for up to 300 members.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and keeping active. She particularly enjoys hiking and exploring new places outdoors.
