Overview

Tom is a Trainee Solicitor at Cook Corporate and works closely with Charles, Ed, and Alex on transactions and a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on company sales and acquisitions.

Other

Before joining Cook Corporate, Tom worked as a paralegal at VWV, a national law firm in Bristol and worked in London underwriting M&A transactions, where he assessed risk on deals valued up to £100 million. He holds an Upper Second Class degree (Honours) in Law from the University of Liverpool and completed his LPC and MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law.

In his spare time, Tom has volunteered with the charity Support Through Court and enjoys keeping active, travelling, and following the Welsh national football and rugby teams.
