Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition for Thomas Ware & Sons
Cook Corporate have acted for Thomas Ware & Sons Limited in the acquisition of Walsall-based long established leather goods business Marcus Gear.
Thomas Ware & Sons have been operating since 1840 in the City of Bristol and are the biggest of the traditional British leather pit tanneries.
