Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted in relation to the sale of the Bristol based accountancy practice, Balson & Co.
Balson & Co. have operated from their offices in Clifton for over 25 years as accountants and tax advisors. Managing Partner and founder, Keith Balson, will retire following the sale.
The practice has been acquired by Bristol based Wilkinson and Partners.

Charles Cook has acted on the acquisition and merger of a number of professional services practices in the region including last year the sale of Houghton Stone to Milstead Langdon.
