Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the Bristol Private Equity Club in overseeing the sale of their members stake in Auroch Digital to listed Plc, Sumo Group.
Auroch is a Bristol based video games maker for consoles such as Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PS4 and was founded by Tomas and Debbie Rawlings.
Charles Cook, managing partner of Cook Corporate has acted for the Bristol Private Equity Club on all of their investments since the club was founded in 2016.
