Cook Corporate Acts for Bristol Private Equity Club and Quantum Exponential in Delta G Investment
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Bristol Private Equity Club and Quantum Exponential in respect of an investment round in groundbreaking underground mapping company, Delta G Limited.
The investment continues Quantum Exponential’s expanding portfolio of investments in the quantum space with Delta G using unique quantum sensors and gravity gradiometry to provide accurate analyses of the makeup of the earth beneath us.
For Bristol Private Equity Club, the investment adds to the existing portfolio and represents a significant expansion into the quantum sector.

The total syndicated £1.5m round was led by Science Creates Ventures and also featured Newable Ventures and a number of other angel investors.
