Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition of Base 52
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for 3E’s Accountants Group Limited in the acquisition of Base52 Ltd.
Base52, located in Hertfordshire, is a Chartered Management Accountancy company with a strong clientele of taxpayers and businesses turning over millions. Covering a range of business sectors, Base52 has a local client base in Hertfordshire but has several clients in the UK and overseas.
