Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition of Cotswold Eco-Fuels Limited and the Assets of Green Waste Management Services Ltd
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Earthworks Recycling Ltd, a Bristol based waste removal and equipment hire company, in the acquisition of both the share capital of Cotswold Eco-Fuels Limited and the assets of Green Waste Management Services Ltd.
Both based in Bristol, Cotswold Eco-Fuels specialises in the supply of biomass fuel products whilst Green Waste provides recycling services for green and wood waste. The acquisitions mark a major step forward in the sustainable space for Earthworks.
