Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition of the Assets of Abacus Accounting Solutions
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for BSB Bookkeeping and Accountancy Ltd in the acquisition of the business and assets of Abacus Accounting Solutions.
The acquisition sees BSB Bookkeeping widen their client base across the South West of England.
