Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition of TPF Holdings (Thames Valley) Ltd
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Ffenestri Limited in its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of TPF Holdings (Thames Valley) Ltd.
TPF Holdings, together with its primary subsidiary, Abbey Windows, are windows and double-glazing specialists based out of Reading.
The acquisition sees Abbey Windows joins Hayden’s already significant presence in the windows and double-glazing space that began with the Bristol-based Britannia Windows and has since expanded dramatically.
