Cook Corporate Acts in Asset Sale of Essential Business Solutions
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the accountancy practice, Essential Business Solutions Limited, in the sale of the assets and client base to a larger firm.
Essential Business Solutions is a Warwickshire based accountancy practice that has been providing a personalised accountancy service for around 30 years.
