Cook Corporate Acts in Asset Sale of Somerset Primary Network Ltd
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Sarah Cook (Somerset Primary Network Limited) in the sale of the assets of the company to Libraries Unlimited.
Somerset Primary Network Ltd is a provider of educational support and resources to schools across the South West and the rest of the UK.
