Cook Corporate Acts in purchase for Paramount Freight
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted in the purchase of the entire issued share capital of HMF Services (Transport) Limited for Paramount Freight Forwarding Limited.
HMF were established in 2007 and are a Kent based transport and logistics operator.
Ison Harrison Solicitors acted for the shareholders of HMF Services.
Swan Corporate Brokers advised on the transaction.
