Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for Colin and Jeanne Wells of Elementary Signs Limited in the sale of the company to Paul and David Creeden Holdings Ltd.
Elementary Signs is a Surrey-based, family-run business, providing bespoke signage to educational and medical institutions for many years.
