Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Karimix
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the shareholder of Karimix UK Limited in the sale of the company to Eat Mex Group Limited.
Karimix is a manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of South-East Asian sauces, chutneys and marinades.
