Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Perishable Movements Limited
Cook Corporate have acted for the shareholder of Perishable Movements Limited in the sale of the company to the Seafrigo Group.
Perishable Movements have operated in the logistics space, particularly in respect of perishable goods, since 2003 and will no doubt bring enormous value to the Seafrigo Group.
