Cook Corporate Acts in the Management Buyout of Independent Drainage
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Dameon Brunn in his purchase of the remaining share capital of Independent Drainage.
Independent Drainage is a Dorset-based specialist in off-mains drainage providing installation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants and septic tanks across the south of England.
