Cook Corporate Appoints Trainee Solicitor
Cook Corporate Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Sophie Moody as their newest Trainee Solicitor.
Sophie joined the Cook Corporate team in September 2022 as a Paralegal, and was shortly after awarded a Training Contract, due to commence the following September. This enabled Sophie to gain 6 months of Paralegal experience before embarking on several months of travel through Australasia and South East Asia, from which she has now returned.
Sophie’s responsibilities as a Trainee will consist largely of Corporate work, as well as some involvement with Company Commercial, Company Secretarial, Employment and Commercial Property matters.
Sophie said, “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to carry out my Training Contract at Cook Corporate. It’s great to be back, and I look forward to working alongside Charles and Alex on M&A transactions”.
