Cook Corporate appoints two Trainee Solicitors and a Paralegal
Cook Corporate Solicitors are thrilled to welcome two new Trainee Solicitors, Alex Jessup and Lauren Worgan, and a Paralegal, Sophie Moody.
Alex Joined the team in September 2022 as a Paralegal and was rapidly awarded a training contract just a month later. His responsibilities will consist mainly of Corporate work but will also include Company Commercial, Company Secretarial, Employment and Commercial Property work.
“I am delighted to start my Training Contract with such a dynamic corporate team and I look forward to working with them for many years to come“ Alex said of his appointment.
Lauren joined us midway through October 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor. The scope of her responsibilities will cover all the aforementioned areas, with a particular focus on Commercial Property.
Lauren said “I’m really excited to be joining Cook Corporate as a Trainee Solicitor and I look forward to working alongside Peter Hambly-Smith to further develop the Commercial Property team.”
Sophie began her Cook Corporate employment in early September as a Paralegal. Her responsibilities currently consist of a combination of assisting Charles Cook, Ed Schofield and Alex with Corporate matters, and handling the office administration. Sophie has also been offered a Training Contract commencing in September 2023, and looks forward to becoming the fifth Trainee Solicitor in Cook Corporate history!
