Cook Corporate Acts for Ecomove in Development Bank of Wales Funding Round
The Development Bank of Wales have provided a significant funding facility to green mobility company, Ecomove.
Cook Corporate Solicitors in Bristol advised Ecomove on all aspects of the round.
The funding will assist with the opening of a retail branch in Wales and help to accelerate growth in the high tech green business which supplies a range of e bikes, e scooters and e mopeds.
