Cook Corporate Solicitors Promote Corporate Solicitor Ed Schofield to Associate
Cook Corporate are delighted to announce the recent promotion of Ed Schofield from Corporate Solicitor to Associate.
Ed has worked closely with Charles Cook at the firm since the incorporation of Cook Corporate.
Ed began working at the firm as a paralegal assisting Charles on many Corporate transactions and was subsequently offered a training contract with the firm.
Since then, Ed has become a key member of the team and has worked on large transactions including the sale of Onepost, the sale of Megabus to Stagecoach and the MBO of Roman Glass.
Charles has been consistently impressed with Ed’s continued motivation and development, along with his dedication to client care and the growth of the firm and was therefore delighted to promote him to the senior position of Associate.
Ed will continue his work as a solicitor at the firm and will now take a more senior approach in leading trainees and paralegals within the firm.
