Cook Corporate Acts for John Todd Refrigeration in Acquisition
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for John Todd Refrigeration Limited (JTRL) in the acquisition of Andrew Way Electrical Contractors.
Exeter based JTRL are specialists in the supply, installation, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration units with an emphasis on renewal energy.
The acquisition will enable them to continue their expansion and brings new capabilities in house.
