Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted in the sale of Local Medical Services Limited (LMS) to independent ambulance operator, Ion Ambulance Care Limited.
LMS are based in Buckinghamshire and provide patient transport and event medical cover solutions and was acquired by Shaun Fletcher in 2017 after he left the Army as a team medic.
