Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for North Somerset estate agency Mark Templer & Company in relation to the granting of two franchises for his Residential Sales departments in Clevedon and Yatton.
The granting of the franchises has allowed Mark Templer to focus more time on his Residential Lettings, Commercial, Land and Development operations.
