Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Anstees Bakery
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the shareholders of family run Anstees Bakery Wholesale Limited in the sale of the company to Bristol based GCS Corporate Limited.
Bryan, Nigel and Francis Anstee have run and owned the bakery operation which specialises in the retail production and sale of bread and cakes.
