Overview

Lauren is a Solicitor at Cook Corporate Solicitors. She works closely with the team in relation to commercial property advice. In particular, Lauren deals with commercial property matters such as sales and purchases of commercial freeholds, new leases, lease assignments, lease surrenders, and secured funding.

Experience

Lauren has graduated from The University of Law with a Distinction in the Master of Laws and Legal Practice, and from The University of the West of England with a First-Class Honours degree in LLB (Hons) Law. She attended Clevedon School and previously worked at Star Legal Solicitors in the property department.

Other

Lauren studied the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws alongside completing her Training Contract at Cook Corporate. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exercising. She used to be an experienced competitive gymnast.

Lauren has acted on transactions involving Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, The Crown Estate, Hutcheson 3G UK, Loungers Ltd, GAILS bakery, and several major southwest housebuilders, along with universal lenders such as HSBC, Handelsbanken, Lloyds and Barclays.
